MANAGING PARTNER / ASSURANCE LEADER - GEORGE KOKKINIS
George Kokkinis was born in Cyprus. He graduated from a private English School in Nicosia and then followed a two year military service. He continued his studies in the University of Salford graduating receiving a combined Honours BSc in Accounting and Finance.
Then he preceded to do an MSc degree in Management and Information Systems at the University of Manchester undertaking research work by evaluating in practise Mergers & Acquisitions, Information Systems and how motivating theories may be applied. Graduating with a merit degree, he continued his career in the Audit and Assurance Department of a ‘big four’ audit firm. He became a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).
His working portfolio consists of local small medium firms, large multinational groups, public companies and many more. A valuable experience has been gained in identifying and assessing the risks of material misstatement through understanding the entity and its environment when he was chosen for an Internal Secondment in the Risk Assurance Consulting department where his working portfolio consisted mainly with Authorised Credit Institutions under the supervision of the Central Bank of Cyprus.
Pursuing his goal and targets of continues learning and development and after working for 6 years in a ‘big four audit firm’ he became the Chief Financial Officer of one of the largest companies trading binary options in the world under the supervision of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) where he had to comply with all requirements, directives and laws.
He is Advance Level Certified by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) and may be found in the public register of CySEC and a member of the Charter Institute of Securities and Investment (C.I.S.I).

COMPLIANCE/ TAX SPECIALIST – STELIOS IOANNIDES
Stelios holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Accounting. He is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).
He has worked more than 10 years in a medium to large size audit firm in Cyprus where he reached a managerial position, responsible for the audit and tax engagements of companies operating within several sectors of the economy. During his work, he gained experience in the areas of audit, business advisory, vat issues and tax restructuring.
Following his high targets, he continued his career as a Financial Controller in one of the largest construction companies in Cyprus. His knowledge and managerial skills have increased as he gained valuable knowledge of the construction industry, payroll matters and Cyprus Vat and Tax legislation.
Stelios has a very good knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards(IFRS).He also has extensive experience in business advisory services, including business valuations financial due diligence reviews and feasibility studies.
HEAD/DIRECTOR OF THE TAX AND VAT DEPARTMENT – CHRISTOS KYTHREOTIS
Christos graduated from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 2006 with BSc in Economic Science and qualified as a Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA) with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in 2010. He was admitted as a fellow of the Association in 2015.
Christos started his career with PwC Cyprus in 2007 and has worked for ten years in the Tax Advisory department, specialising in International Tax Structuring mainly within the Financial Services (CySec entities), Real Estate, Trading, Insurance and Energy sectors. Services include all taxation related matters including compliance and advisory, both for corporate and personal taxes.
He is the Head/Director of the Tax and VAT department of the firm, offering advisory and compliance services to local and international clients. He is also offering professional services to Cyprus Investment firms such as compliance, AML and risk management services.
His experience so far includes local and international tax advisory work as well as compliance, AML and risk management services, mainly for Cyprus Investments Firms. He was also involved in reorganisation projects, tax due diligence, domestic and international transactions, the interaction of various Double Tax Treaties with the Cypriot tax and vat law and the agreement of clients’ tax and vat affairs with the Cypriot Tax Department.
Christos has participated and presented in various local and international workshops, training courses, conferences and seminars related to his filed of specialisation.

Our team compromises of high calibre individuals that are members of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus. Further to their professional studies they also undertook an undergraduate degree in the field of Accounting and Finance. They are highly trained and not juniors that are currently undertaking their training. Their experience varies in the area of professional services.
